Cibus – International Food Exhibition – is the most important trade fair dedicated to the Italian agri-food sector. It takes place in the heart of the Italian Food Valley, in Parma, and brings to the fair major brands of Made in Italy food, consortia, PDO, PGI, and TSG producers, and a selection of micro-productions and specialty foods from local territories.
